Overview
Doha Tower, also famously known as Burj Doha, is a breath-taking skyscraper that is a prominent landmark on Doha’s coastline. It stands tall at 238 meters and features a cylindrical shape.
The tower’s facade is unique and takes inspiration from traditional Islamic Mashrabiya screens. This design feature provides a stunning view of the city from all angles.
Digital Scope
PARA has designed and is currently deploying an advanced BIM enabled digital twin platform to enhance facility operations and user experience at Doha Tower. The scope consists of PARA OS deployment for the entirety of Doha Tower, for the following use cases/modules:
- Energy Intelligence – Energy information system
- Asset Performance & FDD – Insightful alarm analytics, smart alarm ranking & filtration
- Sustainability – Managing carbon emissions and performance benchmarking
- Occupant wellbeing – Environmental Comfort Monitoring and environmental target-driven Alarming
